Founded in 1983, AIDS Project of the East Bay (APEB) was created to serve primarily communities of color in the East Bay with HIV/AIDS services. APEB has over twenty years of experience providing a wide array of HIV/AIDS services that are sensitive and client-centered.

Our culturally and linguistically appropriate services include Ryan White Care and Treatment Services, such as psychosocial case management, emergency housing assistance and emergency financial assistance.

Who Is Eligible:

  • Residents of Alameda County
  • People at high risk for HIV/AIDS
  • People who are HIV Positive and make low income
