Planned Giving
Some individuals choose to demonstrate their continuing commitment to
support causes dear to their heart by remembering these organizations in
their will.
If you remember APEB in your will, your contributions will help us
continue to serve the communities served by APEB far into the future.
You may possibly name APEB as the beneficiary of a percentage of your
estate, of a set dollar amount, or of a particular asset. Your estate is
entitled to an estate tax deduction for the full value of your bequest.
Another possibility is to name APEB as a contingent beneficiary of assets
you have designated for a loved one, should that person no longer be
alive at the time of your death.
If you wish to benefit APEB through your will, your attorney will discuss
with you the best way to realize your goal.
AIDS Project East Bay is a 501(C)3 Non-Profit Corporation in the State of
California. For more information about the aforementioned planned giving
options and other alternatives, please call (510) 457-4019.
