Through a partnership with the UCSF School of Nursing, APEB's clinic provides comprehensive sexual health care, including STI, HIV, and Hepatitis C screening, prevention, and treatment. Scheduled appointments and drop-ins are available every Thursday between noon and 4 p.m.

With funding from government, corporate, and foundation grants, APEB offers free, confidential Hepatitis C and HIV screening throughout Alameda County using our mobile testing unit and participating in selected community events. No matter the test results, our HealthLink Navigators are able to link clients to other health and social service programs as needed.
Community & Workforce Education & Training

APEB's expert staff is available to present workshops to community groups and service providers interested in learning about sexual health, serving key populations, new and emerging HIV prevention and treatment options, and cultural competency.
Patient Care & Case Management

Jamail Davis
Project Independence (PI) Case Manager
APEB offers Housing Case Management to qualified clients through the federally-funded HOPWA and Project Independence programs. Our Nurse and Social Work Case Managers provide targeted case management to clients enrolled in the state-funded Medi-Cal Waiver program. APEB hosts a monthly Client Appreciation Day with free groceries, clothing, and support groups.
